Interesting fact; The background image used in Stormy Designs website is of Achill Island, off the coast of Galway. Ireland has a lot of beauty to offer, especially outside of Dublin, and Achill Island was no exception. With no sign of civilization for miles, it is beyond tranquil. The image above is the image used as the background image but not photo shopped.

You might not have seen it but the holding slide for Stormy Designs was a full screen movie on loop. You can see the video below.

New App Development

Stormy Designs are currently working on a app for a Sports & Hobby company. Obviously details can’t be divulged at this time, but we just wanted to talk about the process of how it’s made. Starting with a design mock-up in Photoshop and Illustrator, and then replicating it in a web page using HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript. Finally moving on to developing the app into mobile developing kits. As soon as it’s done we will post here at Stormy Designs.

Ok, so the website is finally up and running. Now to keep padding out the work section. It’s interesting it took us so long to have our own site, while having designed so many for others. If anyone has any issues with the websites or finds any bugs, please let me know at info@stormysomers.ie.
